Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and AB Health Tech Inc. ("AB Health Tech") when you access or use E-PICOS. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and activity performed through your account.

E-PICOS Service

E-PICOS provides software-assisted study design, sample-size planning, statistical analysis, ethics guidance, synthetic-data generation, manuscript review, and evidence-synthesis tools. Features, supported methods, and service availability may evolve.

Outputs are decision-support materials and do not replace professional statistical, medical, ethical, regulatory, legal, or institutional review. You remain responsible for inputs, method selection, interpretation, validation, and final research decisions.

All Access Subscriptions and Billing

All Access is offered as a monthly or annual subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize Stripe and AB Health Tech to charge the selected payment method for each renewal.

Billing, payment-method updates, invoices, and cancellation are managed through the Stripe customer portal available from your E-PICOS account.

Cancellation, Access, and Refunds

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until that date unless the account is suspended for misuse or required legal action.

Payments are generally non-refundable and unused time is not prorated. Limited exceptions are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Use E-PICOS only for lawful research, educational, quality-improvement, or professional purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer restricted components, or use automated means that materially burden the platform.
• Do not upload content you do not have authority to process or content that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Do not use outputs as the sole basis for clinical care, patient-specific decisions, regulatory submission, or ethical approval without qualified review.

Uploaded Content and AI-Assisted Features

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant AB Health Tech and its processors the limited rights necessary to transmit, process, and return that content for the requested service.

Reviewer documents and supported assistant requests may be transmitted to third-party AI processors as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit directly identifying patient information or confidential material unless you have the required authorization and safeguards.

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a qualified person before use.

Intellectual Property

E-PICOS software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and platform content are owned by or licensed to AB Health Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership of E-PICOS technology or permit resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized copying.

Availability and Disclaimers

We work to keep E-PICOS available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every dataset or browser, or that every output will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AB Health Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, research opportunities, data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes, Suspension, and Contact

We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively from the published effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, failed payment, or where required by law. Questions may be sent to info@epicosai.com.
