Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly All Access subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew each month until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively cancel the current paid month.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual All Access subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew each year until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively cancel the current paid year.

Renewal and Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal available from your E-PICOS account. To avoid renewal, complete cancellation before the renewal date shown in the portal.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, All Access normally remains available through the end of the current paid billing period. No further renewal charge will be made unless you subscribe again.

General Refund Rule

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, partial use, failure to cancel before renewal, or a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

E-PICOS does not currently offer a free trial. Product and pricing information is provided before checkout so users can assess suitability before subscribing.

Limited Exceptions

AB Health Tech may evaluate a refund request when applicable law requires a refund, a verified duplicate or erroneous charge occurred, or a material platform-wide service failure attributable to AB Health Tech prevented use for a significant period.

Requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Contact info@epicosai.com with the account email, charge date, and supporting details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Stripe Billing and Policy Updates

Stripe processes subscription payments, renewals, invoices, payment methods, cancellations, and approved refunds. Bank processing times may affect when a refund appears.

We may update this policy prospectively. The fixed date shown on this page identifies the current published version.
